International Relations
The International Relations (IR) Study Program is a social science discipline focused on the in-depth analysis of the dynamics of interaction between states and non-state actors at the global level, covering crucial issues such as foreign policy, diplomacy, security, conflict and peace, international political economy, and cross-border socio-cultural and environmental issues. This program specifically trains analytical and critical thinking skills on global issues, negotiation, and communication in multicultural environments, preparing graduates for careers as diplomats, foreign policy analysts, global consultants, or professionals in international and multinational organizations.
To cultivate competent diplomats and international political analysts to represent Timor-Leste in the global arena.
