Civil Engineering
BACHELOR’S DEGREE PROGRAM
Civil Engineering
The Civil Engineering Study Program is an engineering discipline focused on the planning, design, construction, and maintenance of all types of man-made infrastructure and physical facilities that support civilization, such as roads, bridges, dams, multi-story buildings, airports, irrigation systems, and offshore structures. This study covers five main areas: Structures, Geotechnics, Construction Management, Hydraulics/Water Resources, and Transportation, aiming to equip students with a deep understanding of materials, strength analysis, and construction engineering efficiency to produce safe, sustainable, and functional infrastructure.
To cultivate civil engineers capable of contributing to the development of national infrastructure.
- To teach the principles of modern construction.
- To promote safety and sustainability in construction projects.
- To conduct research in the fields of transportation and urbanization.
